We are now looking for a junior production engineer for a high-tech company. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing on preparation and optimization of production flows within electronics and circuit board production. We are now looking for a junior production engineer for our client in the defense industry. In this role, you will primarily work with the preparation of products within circuit board assembly (Circuit Board Assembly). The work mainly takes place in preparation tools and in the MES system Factory Logics, where you create, manage, and optimize operation lists to ensure an efficient and quality-assured production order. The position is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to build a solid technical foundation in production technology in a high-tech and socially important industry.

• Preparation of products within circuit board and electronics production
• Create and maintain operation lists in the MES system Factory Logics
• Optimize work order and flows in production
• Manage and develop manufacturing processes for mass-produced items
• Work on the development of methods and machines within the production area
• Participate in the construction and reconstruction of production lines
• Inventory, update, and improve equipment within the area of responsibility
• Conduct preventive occupational health and safety work related to machines, equipment, and construction
• Develop new knowledge within the processes and train employees as needed

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience or knowledge in circuit board production (Circuit Board Assembly)
• Experience in electronics production
• Previous work in production technology or manufacturing industry
